A charming stay with great staff

Settling in was easy as the welcoming front desk staff made us feel right at home. The little restaurant had surprisingly delicious food, especially the watermelon juice!

However, the noise from the courtyard rooms made it tough to get to sleep early for our flight. Additionally, basic supplies like soap and toilet paper were lacking.

Would recommend for a cursory stop

Clean room, comfortable bed, providing free Wi-Fi and coffee in the lobby made for a pleasant experience, especially with the convenience of the paid shuttle from the nearby airport.

Airport transfer mismanagement with a 2-hour delay!!! Only overpriced small bottles of drinking water available!!! Improve room cleanliness and ensure all amenities are fully functional!!!

However, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms showed signs of age and needed better cleaning. Unexpectedly, there were no pupusas on the menu at the onsite restaurant, but the watermelon juice was a delightful surprise.

This hotel was a top selection for a weekend adventure in San Luis with reasonable value. The atmosphere was nice, and we enjoyed the pool although the service was a bit slow. If you need change, don’t expect to find anyone quickly at the front desk.
